6. Warranty
6.1. Our Products are covered by a 5-year warranty.
6.2. This warranty covers structural issues, electrical issues, and carbon fiber heater issues only.
6.3. This warranty does not cover wood quality, cleanliness, or cosmetic damage.
6.4. The warranty is void if:
- The sauna is not maintained properly.
- The sauna is exposed to liquid or outdoor vapours, including rain.
- The sauna is not placed in a well-ventilated area and develops moisture issues such as mold or rot.
6.5 Cosmetic damage consists of regular 'wear and tear', as well as any stains or odours.
6.6. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@forgesaunas.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
6.7. Only if the customer has taken all necessary steps to preserve their sauna will the warranty for structural, electrical, and carbon fiber heater issues be honored.
7. Pre-Orders
7.1. If you place a pre-order and later change your mind, you will receive a full refund.
7.2. If you place a pre-order and fail to organise delivery within 60 days despite multiple contact attempts from us, you will forfeit your right to the Product and we will issue a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our Products or website is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
