All repair claims under warranty must be pre-approved by us and can only be performed by our accredited service dealers unless authorized in writing by our customer service team.
This warranty adheres to all Australian Consumer Rights applicable to this product. We take pride in our after-sales service. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your Forge Sauna purchase simply contact our friendly customer service team.
FULL SIZE WOODEN SAUNAS:
Cabin (structure only) - 5 years
Heaters - 5 years
Electrical - 2 years
Stereo - 2 years
Labour - 6 months
PORTABLE SAUNAS:
12 months.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage or wood quality issues arising from poor environment or sauna placement.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Freight damage
- Abuse or misuse
- Rough handling and movement by the owner or unaccredited third parties
- Improper or abnormal usage
- Use with other equipment and applications
- Repairs conducted by anyone other than a pre-approved Forge-accredited service dealer
- Any commitments made by external warranties
- The sauna being plugged into a shared wall socket
- Please refer to the owner’s manual for general maintenance instructions, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Void Warranty
The warranty will be voided if the sauna is not maintained properly. Improper maintenance includes:
- The sauna being exposed to liquid or external vapours (excludes "outdoor" models)
- The sauna being used outdoors, even if under cover. (excludes "outdoor" models)
- The sauna not being placed in a well-ventilated area
- Unaccredited repairs being conducted on the sauna.
- Rough handling and abuse of the materials.
Cosmetic Damage
Cosmetic damage consists of regular 'wear and tear', as well as any stains or odours.
Wear and Tear
General wear and tear is classified as the normal, expected deterioration that occurs with regular use over time. This can include:
- Wood Aging and Discoloration: The natural aging and colour changes in the wood due to heat and moisture exposure.
- Minor Cracks and Splits: Small cracks or splits in the wooden benches, walls, or ceiling that develop from repeated heating and cooling cycles.
- Wear on Benches and Flooring: Surface wear and slight indentations on benches and flooring from regular use.
- Loose or Corroded Screws and Fixtures: Loosening or minor corrosion of metal parts such as screws, hinges, and handles due to the high humidity environment.
- Minor Water Damage: Slight water damage around areas where sweat is frequently splashed or dripped, such as on the floor.
- General Cleaning Residue: Residue from cleaning agents or water spots on the wood or glass surfaces.
Warranty Servicing
Responsibility for freight or transport expenses incurred in delivering the product to the place of purchase falls upon the customer. Delivery expenses for spare parts sent directly to the owner will be the responsibility of the owner.
Transferring Warranty
Warranty coverage extends only to the original purchaser of the equipment and is non-transferable. Forge's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products at its discretion.
RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns
Change of mind (30 days)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the case of a change of mind, once your refund is approved, you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the shipping expenses, which will be invoiced to you by our delivery partner.

Product Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items without a fault.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@forgesaunas.com.au. Please note, delivery fees will not be refunded.
Weather Damage
We will not accept returns or refunds for saunas or other products with weather damage. These products are not weatherproof and are designed to be kept indoors or undercover outside, away from natural elements.
Faults
Forge is dedicated to delivering premium products to our customers. If you suspect your product has a fault or is damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number/receipt and clear details of the fault. If the fault is deemed a manufacturer fault, Forge will offer a fair and reasonable solution, which may include a technician's review, repair, or replacement of parts or product.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the Product is defective or we have made an error.
